Orso Bryn is born out of the combination of Karin Riva's amazing sewing skills and my passion for painting and character design. The result is an adorable soft friend for every child.
After a few brainstorming ideas, the design for Orso Bryn came almost instantly. We wanted to honour the brand's Dutch origins by making the bear eat a stroopwafel. The name is a play between Orso ('Bear' in Italian) and 'Bryn', the name of the Nuna product.

Orso Bryn was very lucky: he received an amazing photoshoot. His velcro paws give perfect hugs... And squeaks too!
Karin Riva and I were very lucky too. Orso Bryn won as the best IEDxNuna customization at Vanity Fair Italia's 'Il Giardino Delle Idee', during the Milan Design Week 2025. We were featured on the magazine as well!
